In order to provide you with information regarding the status of association dues and/or violation status, please use the following form. We have instituted the following policy regarding the issuance of Estoppel Letters. The closing agent must submit a request via this website or, send a letter to the Association advising us that the house will be sold and that you are requesting an Estoppel Letter. Verbal requests will NOT be accepted. Mail the letter and/or fees to: Brookside Homeowner's Association, PO Box 524, Springboro, OH 45066 Include with the letter a $75.00 processing fee made payable to Brookside Homeowner's Association. This fee must be received prior to us releasing the letter. You must allow 3 business days to process your request. Your check made payable to Brookside Homeowner's Association must be received prior to us releasing the letter. You may do this via courier or overnight delivery.
